Graševina Great Vintage is a pure varietal wine obtained from carefully selected grapes harvested in the unique wine-growing location of Principovac and produced by a special vinification method, three-month mixing on fine lees and three-year maturation in wooden barrels in the ideal conditions of the Old Cellar from 1450.
Wine of intense yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose, varietal recognition, expressive minerality and complexity with accentuated fruitiness. The taste is luxurious, elegant with a bittersweet, soft and unique finish with a discreet touch of the Adriatic. The influence of salt and waves felt exclusively on the cork, while the dance of mistral, north wind, storm, and south on the bottles created a unique record from the depths of the sea and the well below the surface of the sea.

- From 23. 09. 2011 to 23. 12. 2011 – aging on fine yeasts
- 24. 12. 2011 to 24. 12. 2014 – In a 5000 L wooden barrel in the ideal conditions of the Old Cellar from 1450.
- From 3. 01. 2015 to 3. 12. 2015 – additional maturation in the bottle in the Old Cellar from 1450.
- From 5. 12. 2015 – available on request and continues to ripen in the ideal conditions of the Old Cellar and under the care of the head oenologist Vera Zima
- 1100 bottles from 5. 08. 2018. to 3. 08. 2019. are additionally ripened in the Adriatic Sea. Great wine for great moments!
