A blend of Graševina and Chardonnay (70/30%), from the Sofia vineyard, located above the mighty Danube River. The gentle influence of large wooden barrels in which this wine has matured has given it an aroma of nuts with delicate wood notes.
This harmonious wine is suitable for pairing with warm pasta appetizers in creamy sauces, risottos, and refined dishes of light meats and fish.
