The wine has a pleasant pink colour and a fresh fruity aroma with an emphasis on raspberry. It has a harmonious and elegant body, harmoniously pleasant freshness with pronounced “pouring”.
Created by the classic method of fermentation in the bottle, aged on fine yeasts for one year. 21 days before release, we rotate the bottles in our Old Cellar in accordance with the rules of the profession, and then we remove the sediment by freezing the neck of the bottle, after which we finally cork the wine and release it.
