This sparkling wine, made from Frankovka Rosé, enchants with its delicate pink hue and, beyond its appearance, delights with fresh, fruity aromas dominated by notes of raspberry.
On the palate, it is harmonious and elegant, enriched by a fine freshness and pronounced effervescence that lends it an added touch of refinement.
It is produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation and aged on fine lees for one year, allowing it to develop complexity and depth of flavor. During this period, the bottles are carefully rotated over 21 days to ensure even distribution of the lees.
The final step in the production process is disgorgement – the removal of sediment from the neck of the bottle – followed by final corking under pressure and release to the market.
